We are open for lunch Monday thru Saturday until 3pm offering Japanese lunch boxes, lunch roll specials and specialty entrees. Bamboo is the perfect place for a business lunch, meeting with friends or take out for your office. Our diner selections include vegetarian, meat and seafood specialties and a full sushi bar menu perfect for families and special event celebrations. Remember our dining room is BYOB!

Best sushi. I drive one hour to eat here. Friendly staff, delicious cooked food and sushi. I love the Mini of Allentown wrap--I call it the "crack roll" because it's addictive. BMW, Muhlenburg Phil, and Galen Glen are tied as my 3 favorite sushi rolls.

Bamboo is a nice little Asian restaurant that specializes in Chinese, Japanese, and Thai. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. My original plan was to get sushi but I felt that their sushi was overpriced. I ended up getting one of their specials (Seafood Deluxe) and felt that was a much better choice in relation to price.
